Free Lab Module
Our lab module is a free feature for the photographers who use the PHOTOtool. We take no percentage of orders, no fees whatsoever. Photographers can define the labs of their choice within their PHOTOtool interface.

LABS...
There is no cost to the labs who take orders from the PHOTOtool. No percentages, no fees. All we ask is that labs display our marketing materials. We would appreciate a link from the lab's site as well, if possible.

At the PHOTOtool we believe in the power of choice and want to enable the photographer and lab to become closer partners.

Please contact Don for any additional information on how it works. Remember: There are no fees or percentages to pay of any kind.

You can use any lab you want, or print the orders yourself. At The PHOTOtool, we believe you should have the choices and flexibility that makes it a total solution for your photographic business.

Lab Module Features:

• Works with any lab that has email
• No % or fees. None.
• You designate lab and login information
• Lab only sees orders that are for them
• Lab does not see your pricing
• You are notified when lab receives order
• You are notified when lab completes order
• Completed orders are marked and archived for you

How the Lab Module Works

1. Photographer defines the lab within the PHOTOtool admin area. (Define more than one lab if you want.)
2. Photographer receives order
3. Photographer decides which lab (if any) to send order to
4. Lab receives the order (photographer gets an auto email notification that order was received.)
5. Lab prints orders and follows your instructions as to whether they ship or send to you.
6. Lab notes order as completed
7. Photogr receives email confirmation of order completion
