How It Works
The PHOTOtool is one of the simplest and most flexible of all online sales applications. Public galleries for art and stock, private galleries for portraits and weddings and a lab module that works with any lab. You can choose payment options, set multiple pricing and more.

How It Works

1. Shoot (You already know how to do that)
   
2. Edit and process your images
   
3. Decide if you want the images to be in a Password Protected gallery or a Public Gallery
   
4. Upload your images
   
5. Apply your price items to the gallery
   
6. Personalize your gallery page
7. When orders arrive you will be notified by email and a copy of the order is now in your Order area (If you have a PayPal account, the client can pay with any Credit Card)
   
8. Choose a lab to print, or print yourself
   
9. If it is a stock sale, reply to the order with your pricing and set the image for download

We keep it simple and easy. Our feeling is that cluttering up the app with all kinds of whistles and bells that no one uses makes it less friendly and usefull. With the ability to shoot and post a large shoot within a few hours, the PHOTOtool photographer grabs an advantage for making more sales.
